I came to know Kim (owner of Sweet Layers Cakes) and her delicious confections while shooting the wedding/reception of Blaine and Kerrie. During a break in the shooting, my assistant recommended I try some of the wedding cake. What can I say? Moist, fresh, delicious - absolutely the best. Later I asked Blaine and Kerrie for their comments as I understand they have used Kim, not just for their wedding, but for several subsequent special occasions. Here is what they had to say.
